Welcome, I'm Amanda
I'm excited you're here.
Welcome to my blog where you'll get all things business education and tips & tricks for your private practice business to reference during difficult times, stressful workdays, and moments when manifesting your true self.

Look, I get it. You’ve done all the things to make money.
You raised your rates. You added therapy intensives. Then you raised your rates again.
And it’s working… mostly.
You’re not drowning in paperwork anymore. Your sessions feel more aligned. Clients are showing up, paying your full fee, and doing great work.
But you still find yourself wondering… what’s next?
Not in a panic-y “my business isn’t working” kind of way… More like:
I’ve got this down… now I’m craving something else…
Because while your income is more stable than it used to be, there’s still things you want –
The mountainside spa retreat, your friend’s wedding in Greece, the ability to take a real vacation without stressing about what you’re missing or how long it’ll take to recover financially ✈️ 🧳
And yet… the thought of adding one more weekly client – even at a higher rate – sounds worse than getting through airport security during Thanksgiving 😒
Plus, you finally created whitespace in your calendar to rest, travel, and breathe. And you’d really like to keep it that way.
Here’s what I want you to know:
there’s more than one way to grow.
Yes, you could raise your rates again (and it’s 100% okay if you do). But it’s not your only option.
You can also grow outward by creating new sources of income that align with your values, your clinical expertise, and the way you actually want to live and work.
Here’s a few ideas to get you thinking:
✅ Host in-person workshops or retreats
✅ Create self-guided client resources (like journaling guides or short courses)
✅ Plan and teach a CE training
No matter what direction you decide to expand in… you aren’t starting from scratch.
You already have the clinical foundation and know how to help people experience real growth. You built trust and rapport with your people, and have a system to get new clients.
It’s not about starting a new brand or becoming a coach or influencer (unless that’s what you want).
It’s about repackaging what you already do well into formats that are valuable to your audience – and sustainable for you.
Because sustainable doesn’t have to mean raising your prices. Sometimes it just means being creative with what you already know and offering it in a new way ✨
There’s more freedom available to you than you might realize.
Talk soon,
Amanda
