The Wealthy & Worthy Retreat
THERAPISTS: YOU’RE INVITED TO
Roxana Carmenate
“Amanda's retreat gave me the opportunity to get away to a beautiful and luxurious location, network with other professionals in my field, connect with my coach on a more personal level, and connect with myself and my future dreams and plans. I loved that it was small enough to feel like a more personal and intimate setting and that it incorporated rest and relaxation and great meals to nourish us physically but emotionally also.
It truly inspired me and gave me the space to think my ideas through, hear what others had to say, and tweak my own ideas. I left feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to implement my new goals and plans!”
One thing I know about the therapists that gravitate toward my world is that they’re not in the “scaling for the sake of scaling” game. They want to make more money and create more impact not for an arbitrary number, but to live a life that FEELS like wealth.
And it hasn’t been easy to get here for most of us. As therapists we’re not told we are worthy of wealth. Usually the opposite. We’re supposed to sacrifice every inch of ourselves for the “greater good.”
Because we shouldn’t be in it for the money.
You’re not just scaling for the hell of it.
LET'S CALL OUT THE TRUTH HERE.
Between your therapy clients, marketing your practice, keeping up your CEUs, developing whatever offers you’re choosing to scale, marketing those… and then OH YEAH, living and maintaining the actual life you’re doing it all for? You struggle to pull your head above water long enough to remember where you’re going. Or maybe even see it for the first time.
YOU STARTED YOUR OWN PRACTICE. YOU FILLED YOUR CASELOAD.
NOW, TELL ME REAL QUICK
Most of the time when people list “community” as an inclusion in a program or retreat, it can feel fluffy. But having been on quite a few in-person retreats myself, I can vouch for the fact that this IS one of the most valuable pieces you can’t get anywhere else except an event like this.
You’ll have protected time together you wouldn’t carve out otherwise with the competing priorities of life and business, and you’ll forge the deeper connections that come with proximity and shared purpose.
“Togetherness & travel” is a bonus of this retreat, but we will also be doing ACTUAL coaching and workshopping, too! I’ll be hosting sessions around money skills, scaling strategy, the psychology of money, and more. In case you’ve never been to an in-person business event before, you objectively break through blocks and make progress you’ve been stalled on for months when you’re in person and solving it together. Plus, maybe it’s an ADHD or AuDHD thing, but I just get more done in general when I’m not sitting at my desk trying to get it done. You too?
MAJOR BONUS: We’ll have sessions that qualify as continuing education, so you can get some CEUs and ensure your trip is a write off!
MASTERMINDING
You won’t have to worry about meals or snacks during our time together! You can release that logistical mental load. Food and drinks (sans alcohol) will be completely planned and covered for you throughout the retreat. We will send a questionnaire beforehand to make sure we’re accommodating any dietary needs, allergies, or preferences. This is also one of the MOST fun components of a trip for me, so you can bet I’ll have quality in mind.
When you claim your spot, you’ll choose your room-type. From there, I will book hotel accommodations for the entire group in Vancouver, so we can stay in the kind of proximity that breeds the deepest, most lasting kind of connections.
Traveling, blocking off your calendar from client sessions, booking a flight, committing to something to help your business grow isn’t easy.
This retreat might be stepping out of your comfort zone, so I want to make it as easy as possible for you to say “yes” and feel confident everything else is handled.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS RETREAT?
Joy Strickland
“This retreat was just what I needed to slow down, reflect, and connect to why I want to start my own practice. The vibe was relaxed and supportive, and I really appreciated the relaxed schedule and not trying to jam a full day of information in.
I felt genuinely supported by the community, and the space gave me room to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with my purpose as a therapist. Meeting other therapists and seeing firsthand others who are getting it done revitalized my belief in creating a private practice. I left feeling energized, more confident, and ready to dive in!”
Hoping to bring a guest? You totally can!
Some of our therapists in the past have asked if they can bring a partner or friend. If your guest is not a therapist, I’m happy to build in accommodations for them as well, at a discounted rate.
Guest fee: $1500
You can add this on at checkout, or choose to add it on later!
RETREAT INVESTMENT DETAILS
I’m a real therapist myself. And I’ve scaled my own therapy practice past 6-figures AND my coaching business to multiple six figures.
I currently see weekly clients, book intensives on the regular using my own strategies, and I’ve been able to create scalable offers to give myself more freedom and choice.
So, look, I get it. I know what it's like to have big dreams and a packed schedule. I know how hard it is to carve out time to do the big picture thinking your next level needs, or create connections with other humans who TRULY get what it's like to be on this journey.
That's exactly why I created this retreat—to give you the protected time you need to zoom out and refocus instead of staying stuck in the weeds.
WE’VE PROBABLY MET BEFORE! BUT JUST IN CASE…
Because it’s sure as hell not easy, but I’m frankly tired of everyone leading us to believe that scaling can’t be simple and sustainable from the jump. Or that it has to look that one way that one program is teaching. Or that it means we have to give up why we all became therapists in the first place to also scale and make great money.
I’m not here to build a business for the hell of it. And I don’t think you are, either.
I’m here to build a fulfilling career, to further my mission of helping who I’m uniquely qualified to help, and have a fucking amazing life with the money and time freedom to fund and enjoy it all.
And if we want to create a more expansive, abundant therapy practice? We have to go first and claim the white space to dream it, strategize it, and figure out how to hold it in the first place.
You in?
But the ones who do return to their desk with a big-picture sense of purpose and the confidence that comes with a doable plan and a community of people who get where you’re going.
The business big-thinking that’s required to increase your income significantly just can’t fit in the cracks between sessions and life and inevitable pee breaks.
Whether that “more” is a vague “more revenue that doesn’t require my butt to be glued to a chair for X more hours.”
Or maybe more is, “I have this idea for a group program that literally keeps me up at night.”
Or maybe it’s more like, “I’m already at 6-figures, so why the hell do I still feel like I’m making pennies and none of it is landing in my bank account?”
Whatever your version of more is, I’ll just tell it to you straight:
BE HONEST: HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE?
In case you were wondering…
