Roxana Carmenate

“Amanda's retreat gave me the opportunity to get away to a beautiful and luxurious location, network with other professionals in my field, connect with my coach on a more personal level, and connect with myself and my future dreams and plans. I loved that it was small enough to feel like a more personal and intimate setting and that it incorporated rest and relaxation and great meals to nourish us physically but emotionally also.

It truly inspired me and gave me the space to think my ideas through, hear what others had to say, and tweak my own ideas. I left feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to implement my new goals and plans!”

One thing I know about the therapists that gravitate toward my world is that they’re not in the “scaling for the sake of scaling” game. They want to make more money and create more impact not for an arbitrary number, but to live a life that FEELS like wealth.

And it hasn’t been easy to get here for most of us. As therapists we’re not told we are worthy of wealth. Usually the opposite. We’re supposed to sacrifice every inch of ourselves for the “greater good.”

Because we shouldn’t be in it for the money.

You’re not just scaling for the hell of it.

LET'S CALL OUT THE TRUTH HERE.

Between your therapy clients, marketing your practice, keeping up your CEUs, developing whatever offers you’re choosing to scale, marketing those… and then OH YEAH, living and maintaining the actual life you’re doing it all for? You struggle to pull your head above water long enough to remember where you’re going. Or maybe even see it for the first time.

Now you’re deep in the “doing” part of scaling as a therapist.

YOU STARTED YOUR OWN PRACTICE. YOU FILLED YOUR CASELOAD.

If you ARE in it for the money…
and for everything it can mean for your life
and the people you help?

I’ve created a safe space for therapists like you.

You’ll walk away with a focused strategic plan, less confusion on wealth, a refreshed mindset around money for yourself and for your therapy clients (yes, CEUs included!), and a close-knit community of therapists who aren’t shaming making money, and are excited to know how to make it instead.

When you have the guts to want more in a world that tells you to survive on less, you’ve got to be willing to carve out time to ZOOM OUT, refocus, and decide the direction that actually fits your desires.

  • Shift your goal from just "earn more" to "keep more"
  • Learn tax strategies that help you keep more of what you earn
  • Release the guilt that comes up being a financially successful therapist
  • Actually feel comfortable investing in YOURSELF (not just biz)

This retreat will surround you with other entrepreneurial therapists who are ready to build sustainable wealth instead of living session to session.

It will give you the whitespace you need to dream and scheme instead of staying stuck in the daily doing (or over-giving, tbh).

No matter which of these camps you’re in, the Wealthy & Worthy Retreat will give you protected time to get out of the weeds and into the strategic and intentional planning it takes to master the skill of scaling and building wealth the whole way.

2 || You know you want to scale your practice, and you’re ready to go all in on it and create more freedom.

To be very clear, “all in” doesn’t mean the same thing around here that it does in most other places on the internet. When I say “all in,” I mean you’re committed to learning and implementing the skill of making more without always working more. I don’t mean burning yourself out as a hopeful means to an end when you can finally make “enough” money. The way I teach and coach around scaling is that there’s no ONE right way to do it, but any of them can work with the right marketing, sales, and delivery approach.

If you’re here for making more money and having more freedom as a therapist, but you want to do it in the most sustainable and repeatable way possible? This retreat will be an amazing incubator for you.

1 || You’ve scaled your therapy practice beyond 6-figures, and now you’re wondering how the heck to hold that new level of wealth.

I’ve talked to so many therapists who’ve hit 6-figures or more, only for it to still feel like it’s not enough or you’re somehow stressed around every additional dollar that comes in. Nobody taught you how to scale (until me!). But now you’re also realizing that nobody taught you how not to drown in taxes, how much to invest back into your business (and when to stop), or how to create a plan for your money so you can feel not just free and abundant, but also SAFE.

This is something I’ve had to “build the plane while flying” around myself, and I’m excited to share strategies that have worked for me, mindset shifts I’ve made along the way, and even to bring in experts who can teach even more deeply than I can on this retreat.

Which of these sound like you?

NOW, TELL ME REAL QUICK

Most of the time when people list “community” as an inclusion in a program or retreat, it can feel fluffy. But having been on quite a few in-person retreats myself, I can vouch for the fact that this IS one of the most valuable pieces you can’t get anywhere else except an event like this.

You’ll have protected time together you wouldn’t carve out otherwise with the competing priorities of life and business, and you’ll forge the deeper connections that come with proximity and shared purpose.

COMMUNITY

“Togetherness & travel” is a bonus of this retreat, but we will also be doing ACTUAL coaching and workshopping, too! I’ll be hosting sessions around money skills, scaling strategy, the psychology of money, and more. In case you’ve never been to an in-person business event before, you objectively break through blocks and make progress you’ve been stalled on for months when you’re in person and solving it together. Plus, maybe it’s an ADHD or AuDHD thing, but I just get more done in general when I’m not sitting at my desk trying to get it done. You too?

MAJOR BONUS: We’ll have sessions that qualify as continuing education, so you can get some CEUs and ensure your trip is a write off!

MASTERMINDING

You won’t have to worry about meals or snacks during our time together! You can release that logistical mental load. Food and drinks (sans alcohol) will be completely planned and covered for you throughout the retreat. We will send a questionnaire beforehand to make sure we’re accommodating any dietary needs, allergies, or preferences. This is also one of the MOST fun components of a trip for me, so you can bet I’ll have quality in mind.

SUSTENANCE

When you claim your spot, you’ll choose your room-type. From there, I will book hotel accommodations for the entire group in Vancouver, so we can stay in the kind of proximity that breeds the deepest, most lasting kind of connections.

ACCOMMODATIONS

In addition to “what’s included,” you’ll get intangibles like:

  • Protected time for what’s important to scale sustainably (not just urgent to stay afloat)

  • Therapist-Relevant scaling strategies, mindset coaching, & wealth advisement that’s typically generalized

Traveling, blocking off your calendar from client sessions, booking a flight, committing to something to help your business grow isn’t easy.

This retreat might be stepping out of your comfort zone, so I want to make it as easy as possible for you to say “yes” and feel confident everything else is handled.

Claim your Wealthy & Worthy spot and we’ll take care of the rest.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS RETREAT?

Joy Strickland

“This retreat was just what I needed to slow down, reflect, and connect to why I want to start my own practice. The vibe was relaxed and supportive, and I really appreciated the relaxed schedule and not trying to jam a full day of information in.

I felt genuinely supported by the community, and the space gave me room to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with my purpose as a therapist. Meeting other therapists and seeing firsthand others who are getting it done revitalized my belief in creating a private practice. I left feeling energized, more confident, and ready to dive in!”

  • You don’t want to scale as a therapist (premium rates, intensives, courses, groups, etc.)

  • You’re not willing to learn the skills it takes to market your practice

  • You’re a beginner therapist & you haven’t filled your caseload

The W&W Retreat is not for you if…

  • You’re already at 6-figures and you want to learn how to hold it well & keep growing

  • You’re haven’t hit 6-figures yet, but you know you want to scale your income without burning out to get there

  • You want to increase your knowledge of money tactics, financial strategy, & improve your money mindset so you can hold more

  • You want to stand out in the market for your approach to therapy, so the right people find you

  • You want to use funnels and email marketing as a tool for increasing your income, but you want to do it with intention

The W&W Retreat is perfect for you if…

So, is this retreat right for YOU?

I’m a real therapist myself. And I’ve scaled my own therapy practice past 6-figures AND my coaching business to multiple six figures.

I currently see weekly clients, book intensives on the regular using my own strategies, and I’ve been able to create scalable offers to give myself more freedom and choice.

So, look, I get it. I know what it's like to have big dreams and a packed schedule. I know how hard it is to carve out time to do the big picture thinking your next level needs, or create connections with other humans who TRULY get what it's like to be on this journey.

That's exactly why I created this retreat—to give you the protected time you need to zoom out and refocus instead of staying stuck in the weeds.

Unlike most business coaches for therapists…

I’m Amanda!

WE’VE PROBABLY MET BEFORE! BUT JUST IN CASE…

Because it’s sure as hell not easy, but I’m frankly tired of everyone leading us to believe that scaling can’t be simple and sustainable from the jump. Or that it has to look that one way that one program is teaching. Or that it means we have to give up why we all became therapists in the first place to also scale and make great money.

I’m not here to build a business for the hell of it. And I don’t think you are, either.

I’m here to build a fulfilling career, to further my mission of helping who I’m uniquely qualified to help, and have a fucking amazing life with the money and time freedom to fund and enjoy it all.

And if we want to create a more expansive, abundant therapy practice? We have to go first and claim the white space to dream it, strategize it, and figure out how to hold it in the first place.

You in?

But the ones who do return to their desk with a big-picture sense of purpose and the confidence that comes with a doable plan and a community of people who get where you’re going.

The business big-thinking that’s required to increase your income significantly just can’t fit in the cracks between sessions and life and inevitable pee breaks.

Whether that “more” is a vague “more revenue that doesn’t require my butt to be glued to a chair for X more hours.”

Or maybe more is, “I have this idea for a group program that literally keeps me up at night.”

Or maybe it’s more like, “I’m already at 6-figures, so why the hell do I still feel like I’m making pennies and none of it is landing in my bank account?”

Whatever your version of more is, I’ll just tell it to you straight:

I’m guessing if you’re at this point on the page, a part of you wants more.

BE HONEST: HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE?

FAQs

Can I bring a guest to the retreat?

Yes! I know it’s often more fun to travel with a partner or a friend, and if you’re going on a trip anyway, you might as well! We have a discounted fee available to accommodate guests who are not therapists. Each attendee is only permitted to bring 1 guest!

back

Do you offer payment plans?

Of course. Depending on how close to the retreat you’re claiming your spot, we can set up a payment plan that is cashflow-friendly.

back

I’m already making 6-figures as a therapist, is this for me?

Yes, absolutely. I find that therapists who start making 6-figures are often faced with an entirely new set of challenges surrounding — what the f*ck do I do with this money & how do I keep growing? That’s the perfect question to bring to the retreat, and you’ll leave with clarity and focus on your next steps.

back

I’m not making 6-figures yet as a therapist, is this for me?

Yes, with a caveat. If you’re not yet making 6-figures, you do need to know that you WANT to scale and make 6-figures. If you’re not interested in charging premium rates or diversifying your offers as a therapist, this is not the retreat for you.

back

Will this be mostly learning, workshopping, connecting, or a mix?

Yes, it’ll definitely be a mix. While we will have structure within the retreat agenda, my style is very “intensive-like,” in which I will ebb and flow with whatever the group is needing in each given moment. So if I’m teaching money and investing skills and we need to pause for some workshopping and implementation together, I’m all for getting our laptops out and taking action!

back

Do I need to budget for anything outside of the retreat cost?

All you need to do is book your flight. Everything else (accommodations, meals, snacks, activities, etc.) will be covered through the cost of your enrollment and booked for you.

back

How many people will be attending the retreat?

I’ve got 15 spots available, not including partners or guests!

back

Can I book my own accommodations?

Nope! You’re welcome to bookend the retreat with your own accommodations if you want to extend your stay. In order to keep the integrity of the retreat intact and provide the value of close proximity to everyone who attends, we will be requiring everyone to stay at the provided accommodations.
