Welcome, I'm Amanda
I'm excited you're here.
Welcome to my blog where you'll get all things business education and tips & tricks for your private practice business to reference during difficult times, stressful workdays, and moments when manifesting your true self.
How much time do you spend (or, waste) marketing each week? Picking out the perfect Canva template for social media posts… making flyers and posting them in local coffee shops… running ads…
Only to schedule maybe 1 or 2 consults every few months… and they rarely convert to clients.
I sell intensives with ease, converting over 75% of the consultations I have, and I’m excited to share how you can do this, too.
*drum roll, please*
The secret is in…
Yep, it’s that simple – have a page on your website that talks about therapy intensives. Clearly describe what intensives are, what they look like with YOU, and why you offer this service.
If you can be found via Google (even with a one-page website), and you follow some basic, yet highly effective, SEO concepts, you will literally book quality consultations for intensives in your sleep!
In today’s world, people are looking online for services. Where do you go when you need a professional for something, but aren’t sure where to start?
Google, right?! Me too.
So, I encourage you to take advantage of this. Don’t waste hours and thousands of dollars on marketing techniques that don’t work or are outdated!
Check out this success story from one of my coaching clients:
“I launched my EMDR intensives page this weekend!! And I already got a consult call scheduled for next week, with someone who found me on Google Search and who seems like an ideal client based on their message. I’m surprised they found me so quickly – this SEO stuff really works “
Here are two elements that I always recommend adding to your website for even better conversion rates:
An online scheduler: This is a modern approach to accessibility in healthcare. When making a decision about which therapist to go with, people are more likely to choose the one who provides an online scheduler. It’s easier, more convenient, and eliminates the hurdle of finding a time to call and schedule.
A thorough FAQ section: How many times have you gone to a website, couldn’t find what you wanted, and just left? Therapy clients do this all the time, too. Aim for clear, detailed information and easy navigation through your site to provide potential clients with a great experience, right from the beginning. If they can have their questions mostly answered before the consultation call, it’s likely they’ll convert to a client.
Once you have a website/webpage set up, you can use that link in your social media posts, when pitching to current clients, and to share with other therapists (for adjunct therapy purposes).
Your own self-confidence helps potential clients feel confident in your ability to help them!
